Measurements of success

In broad terms, the success of CES in both regions will be measured by:

  • The number of homes and number of communities assisted;
  • A mix of the communities helped across both urban and rural;
  • The impact on fuel costs energy efficiency;
  • Capital and installation costs reduced ;
  • The ability to drive down capital and installation costs;
  • The reduction of carbon dioxide and other atmospheric emissions;
  • The number and mix of renewable energy technologies delivered;
  • The proportion of overall project spend invested;
  • Measured improvement in community health over the ensuing years;
  • The demand for our services.

A full independent evaluation will be undertaken after two years which will measure project performance against the mission statement, aims and objectives.
